Etrade hires a whole bunch of lazy customer service rep to do the work. It is extremely horrific when wanting to talk to someone or finding out why the accounts have not yet been set up after a few months. Applications submitted many times per instruction, but then, all they bother to do is rejecting the applications without telling you why. I highly recommend to stay away from eTrade. In summary, I would not recommend E*Trade Financial to a friend.
